Not medical advice
The content of this Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No physician–patient relationship
Submitting the waitlist form or otherwise using this Site does not create a physician–patient relationship between you and any physician at The Clinic. A physician–patient relationship is established only upon formal enrolment at the practice.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Clinic hours, services offered, and physician availability may change without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on this Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, including through automated scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits
- Impersonate another person in any submission
